Learning to Lament
In life’s journey of following Jesus Christ, we will encounter sorrow and loss. In the Psalms, we’re given a way to come to God in the midst of our pain and it’s called ‘lament’. To lament is not just part of the grieving process, but rather it’s an act of faith to turn to God yet again to offer our complaint, ask boldly, and choose to trust once again.
